Return & Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Apparel can be exchanged up to 15 days for in-store credit or exchange. 

Since we deal in cosmetics The Legend Grooming Co cannot refund or exchange orders due to personal taste.  However, we will provide an exchange due to allergic reactions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we will pay for shipping of the replacement product.  Replacements will not be shipped until we receive the return.

If your product arrives broken, leaking or any way defective, email us at charley@legendgrooming.com with pictures of the damage. 

Did we screw up? Again, snap a pic of what you received and email us at charley@legendgrooming.com.
